Regional Conference Updates & Procurement Prose Volume 7, Issue 1!

Well we wrapped up our first Annual Regional Training in Pendleton, Oregon and we are happy to say is was a success after over a year in the making with lots of key players involved in the planning of this large event.  Special thanks to our regional partners, especially our hosts with the Oregon Public Purchasing Association; as well as others from Washington, Alaska and Hawaii!  We had 10 IPPA members in attendance including some from Ada County, CCDC, City of Boise, Department of Environmental Quality, Department of Corrections, and City of Lewiston.

There were many excellent training opportunities, a great vendor showcase as well as an awards banquet where we were able to roll out and recognize our first awards winners from IPPA.  We're excited to continue this conference in years to come and keep fostering the relationships with our fellow regional NIGP chapters! (More details on this event in our current newsletter, link below.)
