Attention Vendors, Suppliers and Contractors:

This is a once in a year opportunity to meet face-to-face with public procurement professionals from all throughout Idaho and other nearby areas, all in one place at one time.

Similar to the change we made last year, we are sticking with the same format - the primary focus being the trade show- meaning more one-on-one time with public procurement officials!

The Reverse Vendor Trade Show is a unique event that encourages vendors to meet and talk directly to public procurement officials - they staff the booths and you move from booth to booth making new contacts or building upon current ones by showcasing your products and services.  In return, the public procurement representatives provide valuable information about how to do business with their agencies.

Best of all, you won't have a booth to set up or materials to load and unload.  Just bring lots of business cards and brochures to distribute! 

Why should you attend?

• Introduce your business to procurement representatives from federal, state, and local  government agencies. You will also have the chance to learn about their procurement needs, such as materials, equipment, and professional services and what it takes to do business with them.
  

• Connect with other participants to build relationships and potential business partners.

• Grab a bite at our delicious breakfast buffet in between visiting agencies' booths.
  
  
• We will still provide a break-out session for vendors -  our always popular, "How To Do Business with Government Agencies" panel!

We are so excited for our 15th Annual Reverse Trade Show, which is scheduled for Thursday November 5, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Jack's Urban Meeting Place (JUMP) in the JUMP Room. We hope to see you there! Registration and sponsorship information is below:

Individual Registration:

$100 – Includes breakfast and one (1) Reverse Vendor Trade Show registration.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

Diamond Sponsor: $1,500 - Includes a full page ad in the 2026 IPPA Buyers Directory, sponsorship logo on IPPA website for one (1) year, breakfast with public procurement professionals, and four (4) free Reverse Vendor Trade Show registrations.

Platinum Sponsor: $1,000 - Includes a 2/3 page ad in the 2026 IPPA Buyers Directory, sponsorship logo on IPPA website for six (6) months, breakfast with public procurement professionals, and three (3) free Reverse Vendor Trade Show registrations. 

Gold Sponsor: $750 - Includes a ½ page ad in the 2026 IPPA Buyers Directory, breakfast with public procurement professionals, and two (2) free Reverse Vendor Trade Show registrations. 

Silver Sponsor: $500 - Includes a ¼ page ad in the 2026 IPPA Buyers Directory, breakfast with public procurement professionals, and two (2) free Reverse Vendor Trade Show registrations.
