Board Meetings

Board meetings are held monthly at various locations, usually during lunch.  All members are invited to attend Board meetings. Time and location will be posted in the Membership Area or you can reach out to the President at [email protected].

Attention Vendors, Suppliers, and Contractors:

IF YOU SELL TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES - OR IF YOU WANT TO - THIS IS A MUST-ATTEND EVENT!

This is a once in a year opportunity to meet face-to-face with public procurement professionals from all throughout Idaho and other nearby areas, all in one place at one time!

The Reverse Vendor Trade Show is a unique event that encourages vendors to meet and talk directly to procurement officials - they staff the booths and you move from booth to booth making new contacts or building upon current ones by showcasing your products and services. In return, the public procurement representatives provide valuable information about how to do business with their agency.

Best of all, you won't have a booth to set up or materials to load and unload.  Just bring lots of business cards and brochures to distribute!

Please note: We are closely watching the developments regarding the COVID-19 pandemic in our community and will keep everyone updated if plans change in any way regarding this trade show.

Why should you attend?

Introduce your business to procurement representatives from federal, state, and local government agencies. You will also have the chance to learn about their procurement needs, such as materials, equipment, and professional services and what it takes to do business with them.

Connect with other participants to build relationships and potential business partners.

Stay for lunch to make additional connections and gain insights from IPPA about the industry trends and business opportunities as well as hear from a wonderful keynote speaker (more information to come)! 

We will have multiple educational break-out session opportunities this year for both government professionals and vendors alike. More details to come soon!

We are so excited our 9th Annual Reverse Trade Show is scheduled for November 5, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. once again at Boise Centre! We hope to see you there!

Individual Registration $100 – Includes lunch with procurement professionals and one (1) full-day Reverse Vendor Trade Show registration.  Price goes up to $125 after October 26 at 5:00 PM!

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

First Class: $1,500 - Includes a full page ad in the 2020 IPPA Buyers Directory, sponsorship logo on IPPA website for 1 year, lunch with procurement professionals and four (4) free full-day Reverse Vendor Trade Show registrations.

Executive Class: $1,000 - Includes a 2/3 page ad in the 2020 IPPA Buyers Directory, Sponsorship logo on IPPA website for 6 months, lunch with procurement professionals and three (3) free full-day Reverse Vendor Trade Show registrations. 

Business Class: $750 - Includes a ½ page ad in the 2020 IPPA Buyers Directory, lunch with procurement professionals and two (2) free full-day Reverse Vendor Trade Show registrations.

Sponsorship Deadline is October 14, 2020 if you want to be featured in the directory and event signage. PHILANTHROPY SPOTLIGHT: JEM FRIENDS

We're very excited to feature JEMfriends as our philanthropic partner this year!

JEMfriends is a transition program for youth aging out of foster care. The basic areas of support that they offer these youth are a transition program plan, housing, community, life skills training, transportation, education support, and employment support. The goal of this program and what it provides is to equip JEMyouth for life and independence, so that they can be healthy and contributing members in their communities, their careers, and their future families.

Winter Drive

During the winter JEMfriends loves the opportunity to take their youth up to Bogus Basin for tubing and more. Making sure they have appropriate winter clothing makes this possible! So, in partnership with JEMfriends, IPPA would like you to bring new or gently used winter coats, ski pants, waterproof gloves, stocking hats, and women's winter boots (sizes XS & XL are needed most) to the trade show. If you prefer, you could bring a gift card to be utilized to purchase these items instead. We will have bins at registration for your donations.
